What the site is

Game Atlas Review is an independent editorial publication about video games. Scores are our opinion, formed by the method on the How we chart page. Facts and prices are checked on the date shown on each page and may change afterwards. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or medical advice; the toll guide in particular is general information, and you should check the current law or ask Citizens Advice before relying on a right.

Links to other sites

We link to official publisher and store pages so that you can check things for yourself. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their terms, and we earn nothing from any link. A purchase you make elsewhere is a contract between you and that store.

Intellectual property

Our text, scores, bearings, the atlas structure and our own graphics are ours and may not be republished without permission, beyond short quotations with a link. Game titles, logos, artwork and screenshots belong to their publishers and are used to identify and comment on the games. If you are a rights holder and object to a use, email us and we will respond promptly.

Accuracy and liability

We work hard to be accurate and we correct errors in the open, but we cannot promise the site is error-free or always up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Using the site

Please do not scrape the site at a rate that affects other readers, attempt to interfere with it, or use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content. We may block access that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting the rights of consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland to bring proceedings locally. They were published on 24 September 2026.
