Reading the chart from Germany
Every entry quotes UK pounds. The six free games cost nothing to install in Germany; their shops price in euros. For the paid games, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo each set a euro price on the German store, usually close to the UK figure but not identical. German storefronts show USK ratings rather than PEGI; the content is the same, and the chart's PEGI notes still tell you what to expect.
Paying and protection in Germany
PayPal and SEPA direct debit are as common as cards on German stores, and the prepaid cards for Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and Riot are sold in supermarkets and drugstores. The EU cancellation right gives you 14 days on online purchases, but for downloads it ends the moment the download starts, provided you agreed to that at checkout; the stores' own policies then apply. Chargeback through your card issuer works for goods that never arrive.
